Sculpture in the Garden

Sculptress JOEL was invited to RHS Rosemoor  Sculpture Exhibition over the winter and to a special weekend focus on Nature Conservation in the Garden at this lovely venue near Great Torrington in Devon.
She shows a range of her bird and animal sculptures and promotes the cause of protecting migrant species, such as Swallows, Martins, Swifts, Turtle Doves and Lapwing.

Visitors to Rosemoor Garden that weekend could meet the Sculptress and talk about new sculpture projects and what can be done to save and encourage wildlife.

A selection of Bronze statues and sculpture by JOEL  have been made and set in the beautiful Gardens and exhibition room at Doddington Hall, near Lincoln.
The event is open through August 2014 and the setting and variety of sculptural work is inspiring and astonishing.

Hope Bronze Figurine at the Great Yorkshire Show

The new figurine sized sculpture of a young girl on the beach was seen at an exhibition for the first time - at the Official Art Show at the Great Yorkshire Show 2014.

There was much interest in the Hope Sculpture Project, and both the Bronzes were off to their new home before the end of the Show!
You can order your own Hope Bronze figurine and support the project by contacting JOEL at the Tenon Studio.
Hope can be made to hold semi precious stones like amethyst or amber  or pieces of emerald, ruby or other precious stone.

Little Owl Bronze has gone to New Zealand

One of the edition of the Little Owl by the Sculptress JOEL has flown to its new owners in New Zealand. The Bronze has gone to people who know this special owl well, as they have rescued Little Owls.

This Bronze Little Owl Edition also raises awareness for the need for Nature Conservation in the UK.

JOEL has also been working on other birds including new Swallows and Goldfinch.

It's a Gift

A special birthday has now happened, we can now share the latest sculpture portrait by JOEL.

All has gone well to make the sculpture in clay and the mould is also carefully made and the wax poured.
JOEL has checked the wax and made the finishing touches and the Bronze cast and the Bronze was safely delivered.

We do all we can to make these gifts and the sharing of gifts as Special as it should be.
